Hans "Dutch" Dekkers

CEO / Chief Technology

Hans has been working with Internet technology since the days of the first corporate and research intranets (1980's). As Fighter Weapons Instructor and Combat-Ready pilot on RNLAF F-16 "Viper" Jet Fighters he was immersed in cutting edge technologies, and that passion has remained ever since. After his Air Force, Missions, and KLM/Transavia Airlines career he switched to business management consulting with a focus on Internet technologies. He founded and headed one of the first multinational eCommerce ventures aimed at bringing Tax-Structured eCommerce Solutions to Manufacturing multinationals. In the mid-90's he switched back to consulting SME's. In 2004, he immigrated to BC Canada and incorporated his current operating company. He has served clients with Cloud/IT solutions on three continents.

Hans is together with his wife Rikki since 1982. They raise(d) five children. Home is Cranbrook BC Canada. The local community knows him as the organizor of the 2008 and 2011 Cranbrook Airshows, past President of the regional Symphony Orchestra, and Founder/Facilitator of the Cranbrook BC Chess Club.

Jaime Dekkers

Chief Finance

Jaime is Hans' right hand and is responsible for Dynaread Financial Management. She holds Certifications in Accounting and runs her own Bookkeeping Firm. A super hard worker with a ruthless appetite to block waste. She guards costs like a hawk, much to the benefit of both our Dyslexia students and our IT clients.

Jaime is happily married, rides horse, plays violin and piano, and enjoys our majestic Rocky Moutains outdoors.

Jason Dekkers

Sales Consultant

Jason joined BPMetrics in March 2017. He has a passion for people, for technology, and for sales. Over the years he worked within the family business on multiple projects. He also spend nearly two years as a Tech trainer for our Public Library: Training hundreds of people of all walks of life on using their modern technology (tablets, smartphones, computers). He studies Sales and Marketing at Langara, and is passionate about our BPMetrics solutions. He also studied Computer Science with Athabasca University for a year, before switching to Sales.

Jason loves people, the outdoors, cars, and computers.

Our IT Team

Excellent men, performing outstanding work. All hold degrees in Computer Science. Our Senior Engineer is even working on his PhD in Computer Science.

Together, they hold solid expertise in LAMP, (D)HTML, XHTML, jQuery, Java, VoIP, Asterisk, TrixBOX, OOP, Linux/Unix administration, C#, C/C++, Web Design, 3D Modeling/CAD, UI Design, Shell scripting, Android and iOS App Development, and more.

On the System Administration side, we hold the following certifications: Certified Advanced Networking from ET&T, Microsoft Certified Professional [MCP], Red Hat Certified Engineer [RHCE], Red Hat Certified Security Specialist. [RHCSS], cPanel, Plesk, Webmin, Esx, Zimbra, Virtuzzo, bind-dns, Apache, MySQL servers, and more.
